New faces, new titles

Hjerno is strengthening its organisation with several new appointments and organisational changes.

Martin Riedel, up until now production manager, will in future be responsible for creating and optimising Hjerno’s new digital order flow system. He has therefore been assigned a new title and a new position in the company as project coordinator.

This is as a natural consequence of the fact that many of Martin's work tasks will be solved digitally in future.

"We would like to move away from having one person to monitor the entire production. That is why I am pleased that Martin finds it exciting to become responsible for designing our new order flow system, which will be the backbone of our production," says managing director Aage Agergaard.

A logistics manager has been retrieved from outside
In order to further strengthen the current project of reducing production lead times, Hjerno has furthermore, as per March 1st, hired its first logistics manager.

His name is Søren Larsen, he is 39 years old and he has worked with logistics in other industries. His knowledge and experience will now be for the benefit of Hjerno.

"We would like to obtain skilled people with expertise from other industries that can benefit our company. This is important in order to continuously develop and optimise our factory," says Aage Agergaard.

New hires in the assembly- and repair department
Thirdly, Esben Nielsen has been employed in the assembly- and repair department. 46-year-old Esben is an experienced tool maker and joined us in February.
