Make the most of your time and get a combined warranty and service check

It may be that much of the industry is running at half speed at the moment, but at Hjerno Tool Factory we are still busy solving tasks for customers both in Denmark and abroad.

Especially our service department is busy with combined tool warranty and service checks these weeks.

“We would like to encourage our customers to take this opportunity to send in their tools for a combined warranty and service check. This especially goes for the tools where the warranty is soon due to expire. We are offering our customers to use their warranty free of charge on any repairs that the combined warranty and service check may prompt,” urges Managing Director Aage Agergaard.

Many orders for combined warranty and service checks

He experiences that many customers are now taking advantage of these - for some - less busy weeks to have their tools sent for a combined warranty and service check.

“It is good to see that so many customers send us their tools. I take it as a sign that our customers are preparing for renewed busyness on the other side of this crisis,” says Aage Agergaard.

Significant expansion of the service department

Thanks to recent years’ significant expansion of Hjerno's service department, Hjerno is fully geared to handle the many service checks. At the same time, employees work in shifts, which ensures a high degree of flexibility.

“If customers are not so busy right now, we encourage them to make the most of their time by having a combined warranty and service check. In this way, they are ready for a probably exceptionally busy third and fourth quarter that will undoubtedly come on the other side of this,” concludes Aage Agergaard.
